Hey everyone, I’m looking for an online candidate interviewer to help out with screening candidates for an Anduril project pipeline.
The main role is running initial video or audio interviews, evaluating candidates, and leaving clear feedback notes.
You’ll need native English communication skills since you'll be leading the calls. Prior experience in HR or recruiting is important, and having a software developer or technical background is a huge plus since you'll be talking to tech talent.
It's a remote, part-time position paying $200/week with flexible hours.
