Looking for a remote online recruiter to handle initial candidate interviews for our Anduril recruitment pipeline.
Main job is running candidate screenings, assessing fit, and writing up interview feedback. Must be a native English speaker with great communication. If you have developer/technical experience on top of interviewing experience, that's a massive plus.
Pay is $200/week, fully remote with part-time flexible hours.
