While recruiting, the candidate's resume just piles up and you never get the best candidate for the job because his resume was somewhere under that pile.
What if, the resume are read by an assistant or say AI Assistant who gives them a score out of 10 based on the qualification checkpoints you give to it?
Well, this workflow just does the work.
About the workflow:
-> Whenever someone applies for the job at the company website, the data is stored in a Google Drives Folder.
-> When a new file(resume) is added in that folder, the workflow triggers.
-> The Resume is then passed on to AI Agent along with the qualifying parameters which then gives the resume a score and puts it in three categories(accepted, rejected, Manual Checking) and also gives the reason for flagging and scoring.
Accepted:
-The candidates accepted are put into a list(in google sheets).
-A message on Slack is sent about the new qualifier.
Rejected:
-A polite rejection email is sent on their provided email address.
Manual Checking:
-Those resume having image or corrupted or in other file type are sent in this category.
-Also, those on the borderline are sent for Manual Checking as well.
-A list is made(in google sheets)
-A slack message sent(for reviewing)
-An email sent to the candidate about the selection process not being over yet.
