new here.. I'm wondering if anyone keeps track of the decisions they make while building. Things like "we call them clients, not customers" or "over $5k needs approval." For me that stuff ends up in the chat history, which runs out or in my head.
Someone told me their fix. A short rules doc the agent reads every session, one rule per line. Fourteen months on one codebase with it.
Anyone doing something like that? Or is the chat the whole record?
