Hi everyone! I’m responsible for user growth at an early-stage AI product.
We’re currently trying to find our first group of genuine users. We’ve tested cold emails, X outreach, and LinkedIn, but the process has been quite time-consuming and conversion has been limited.
For those who have been through this stage, what helped you find your first 10–20 active users? Were communities, personal introductions, partnerships, or another approach most effective?
