There could be two possible reasons for secrets not validating:
- Wrong secret type (please ensure the secret type from input)
- Invalid credential.

@Anand, @Gaurav Chadha we're aware of this issue and the team is working on fixing this. For the time being, as a workaround, can you open developer console and wait for secrets to finish loading then click ship?

you can only have one concurrent request on the free plan
I am not doing any concurency here, I have tried only once!

Hi @Anand, where do you see the 429 quota exceeded error? When shipping the workflow or calling the workflow url? Can you attach a screenshot?
is it from our service, or the service that's being used in the workflow?
