Hi @protoys, The pro Plan "Chat Support" works via the in app support forum. Which guarantees support time, priority resolution, dedicated fix with your workflows and project directly via email.
nice, wasn't aware of that... so is Discord the main support forum and the in-app support is for pro only?

That's a bit confusing given it is called "Chat Support", spent about 30 minutes looking for a chat with support button. Why don't you just call it priority email or something? It is not even called chat in the dev studio.
We provide 1:1 call on as needed basis to get any issue resolved after the initial screen on the support form. We have updated the words now to better reflect this. Thanks for the feedback.
