What does granting access to cloud platform with Google Authentication during setup mean for you?
GThe project ID and API keys are associated with your Firebase project at the time of new procjet setup/creation. It can not be changed. Not from Firebase too, as the project ID servers as a unique identifier. You'll have to create a new project for a new ID.
