Executions.
hello
I've got a couple of quick questions about the Starter Plan ($25/month)
About Unused Executions: If we don't use up all our executions in a month, do they carry over to the next one? Or do we lose them?
What Happens if We Go Over? If our usage goes over the plan's limit, does the service stop, or will we get billed later for the extra usage?
I just want to understand how that works.
thanks

Hello @serge,
We don’t count the executions in your monthly package, but rather the time it takes to process each execution. It is independent from your monthly plan limit. You can check this thread - https://buildship.com/pricing#faq1-workflow-executions. You won't lose if you don't use all the execution in one month.
If you go over the usage over the plan's limit, the workflow execution will stop but you won't automatically billed.
We'll make it more clear on our pricing page soon.

and how can i add more hours if i need do i buy directly from the app
and also, can i get email or not email when my executions are below 3000? as the app will be in production and i do not want to stop suddenly
also is written Contact us via in app Support form to purchase additional hours of processing
do not we can do it from dashboard it self because maybe i need urgent credit
also for example i bought Starter plan for example and then next after few days i bought Pro do the credit of start go to Pro and then do i get charge for pro and starter or only Pro
Add-ons are available from paid plan, if you upgrade to you can access add-ons section under Plan in project settings.
We are working on a few things which help in monitoring and notification. Will be possible in near future. Currently you can purchase add-ons (executions) from app (shared above).
The Plan will be updated to pro.
e.g. starter 15 of 20 ai gen used, 2h of 3h execution hours used
after upgrading to pro, it will become
15 of 50 ai gen used, 2h of 10h used
thanks
is written here 25 executions hours and under it is written 18000 executions, i get confuse as i understand that 1000 executions is 1 hour executions
