looking into the buildship/firestore

looking into the buildship/firestore integration, if i were to use buildships built in database (firestore), is there a way to connect to and get access to the actual firestore collection? or am i misunderstanding this:

Presently, users do not have manual access to the underlying Firestore project; however, we have exciting plans to introduce a UI feature that will enable this in the near future! 🚀

i want to use firestore, if buildship has a builtin db using firestore, thats awesome. i would love to use this, but i am wondering how i can actually view the data, similar to how you can in the Cloud Firestore console on Google
