@Shams hello, I think there is an issue also with how the input of empty nodes is handled in Buildship. Seems like all the values are imported in a JSON format in the first variable input in an empty node. Are you aware of this?

Hi @adrfinance The empty node logic is correct, the default type for input and output is set to String, incase I'm not missing your ask here?
Hi @Gaurav Chadha , if you try creating an empty node with multiple input and output, you will see Buildship does not handle the variables properly. It stacks multiple inputs inside one variable as a JSON. Have you tried it?
