For this, we checked, the project (ID) from which you submitted report is different from what you paid for. You can send a support from that project from which you upgraded to starter.
I deleted the old project
What can I do now?

@adrfinance The subscriptions are project based, which allows you to have multiple projects on different plans.

@Shams the code could not be executed. I thought it might be a problem with the region. Thus I tried creating a new project and deleting the old one. I did not know the subscription was based on the project, I thought it was based on the e-mail. Can you please restore it? I need to get some work done. Many thanks.

so free projects have 5 workflows, you paid for the other project, the transferred project is still on the free plan
@Gaurav Chadha can refund your previous upgrade, and then you can upgrade the transfered project
@Shams there is no way you transfer the upgrade to this project and delete the other project?
@Shams this way we will not have to do refunds and repayments, it will be a pain for my accounting department to go through this...

Workflows can't be added, it comes as a part of per-project subscription. You can use the code I shared on your free project to upgrade to starter, which will have 20 workflows.
Yes but what happens after the free month passes?
It will charge according to the plan automatically as renewal. You can cancel it before the renewal. To check plan reset date you can go to Plan section on buildship app.
Do the plans get charged on the beginning or the end of the subscription?
I am a little bit confused. Are we already charged for our Starter plan or will we be charged at the end of the period?

its just $25 why is so complicated, you pay you get 1month, then next month you pay its the same,
we're trying to help, give you free credits to resolve the accounting issue and skip paying the first month for the second, we'll make sure the other project subscription is cancelled so you dont get any more accounting issues
@Shams thank you for trying to help. Please keep in mind it is not an issue of the money, it is an issue of charging. You have still not sent us the receipt/invoice for the payment.
@Shams @Gaurav Chadha I will cancel the current subscription since it seems to be the only way around the issue. Then can you refund us and send us the receipt/invoice please?
you can share the project ID and email for the project you cancel the subscription. Will refund and send you the invoice over email.

@Gaurav Chadha we want to avoid being double charged at the end of the month.
Sent you email with the invoice copy of your new subscription with note on how to avoid being charged next month. (You can downgrade/cancel before 14th March to avoid auto-pay on your next renewal). You can followup on email if any more question.
