Hello Rowy Team, I have been trying to access the project I had just created. It shows an infinite loading screen. It has been loading for 2 days now. I have tried everything and it won't allow me to access it at all. My support tickets seem to be ignored. I would appreciate some help to get started.

Hi @Grant, can you check and share the the browser console logs and networks tab, if there are any errors. cc @Bobby
During the onboarding process, I completed all steps correctly. I remember clicking a middle tab "deploy" "run" "launch" something like that. After clicking that, it caused an error, and I needed to refresh, once I did, I was no longer able to access the project like I did before.
Hey, can you try setting up the project again? Firstly you need to visit workspace settings page to remove the project from Rowy.
I deleted it, and whenever I get to the region again, it results in an error. Probably because I already have a region selected in Firebase that cannot be changed or removed. How can I fix this?
And then after I got the error, I go back to my workspace dashboard to try and delete the project and try again. But this time it says I have a project already, and cannot create another one when I have nothing in my workspace. I do not have any other workspaces either. Can I set up a meeting with someone. It's been 2 weeks of trying to even create a project, and I haven't had any success. I'm in GMT-5 timezone based out of Toronto. I can't wait any longer to start building.

I don't have any policies. I deleted Rowy Access from google. Restarted the project creation again. Go the infinite loading screen again once it says "Nicely done!"
Once I get this notification. I get the never ending loading screen when I try to access my project.
Okay, can you give a last try, just for testing, try with a brand new email (fresh account -everything new) and see if you are getting same error. This way we'll be ensure that is the issue is in Firestore configs or somewhere else.
Same issues when using Github instead of Google auth.
I just decided to create a brand new firebase project and just have to redo everything I've done with the backend already because I can't delay any longer. But once I did, I ran into another issue! This time, it just loops me to the same steps when I go to create from a Webflow template. Last time I got the error from deploying the rowy run, now it forces me to do the same steps every time. I followed Rowy's automatic project creation, so there is nothing I did to firebase to mess it up.
