Please I want to ask, is every workflow in buildship a cloud function? Let’s say I use the open ai node, excel, and resend node.
Im I going to be paying for cloud function in firebase?
Same applies to the API CALL node, will I be charged for cloud function cost in firebase if I use the Api nodes to do a series of api calls to different services?
Lastly, which nodes in buildship trigger cloud function costs?

Hi @Your Majesty - BuildShip is a fully hosted experience, so all the workflows you build and ship on BuildShip are managed by us and not connected to your cloud project / firebase so you will not incur costs other than BuildShip pricing. So for the case you mentioned, of using openai node, sheet, resend etc. its just BuildShip pricing. If you do connect to your Firestore in the workflows then you will have read/write operations on for those nodes. Hope that makes sense, let me know if any furth...

Wow this makes super perfect sense! So its only the firebase nodes that trigger firebase costs👌🏾💯….Been struggling with this after I saw a youtube video out there saying using buildship, you will be paying double costs. Both on firebase and on buildship because buildship is sort of built on top of google cloud projects….something of that sort.
I don’t know if Im saying it correctly but yeah.
