i know this is user error, but ive watched the new and old youtube video 10+ times and i cannot get either workflows to work. can someone help me out a bit to understand what im missing.

Hi @gennetta, could you please ellaborate or share error you are getting on your workflows?
the workflow seems to be working, however the only response i get from the AI is "OK".
the workflow i wanted to use was the whatsapp and twilio chat bot with memory workflow. the issue i was consistantly getting there was the document path wasnt wasnt vaild or it couldnt be found.
i seem to have gotten the basic twilio whatsapp template to "work" but it only responds with "OK".
