Thank you for the feedback. I suspect the problem could be significant. My rules/access in Firebase IAM and Admin are OK according to the Buildship doc. I have several functional APIs that interact with Firestore.

I totally understand, however I am literally experiencing a BUG on the Buildship/Firestore database.
I've been stuck at my work for 2 days due to a BUG (I'm sorry in advance if the problem is me but I'm going crazy)
