I'm on the free plan, and consider to go to the paid plan, if that makes buildship more responsive to questions. Anyone on the paid plans, how do you find answers to your questions? What should my expectations be in terms of getting help to code problems? Too much to ask? or will be ok?

@dhsg The the best way to get support related to BuildShip is via the in-app support form. https://docs.buildship.com/support-messages and receive answers via email. The discord community is mainly for community discussion and sharing ideas and general queries. You can checkout the FAQ here - https://buildship.com/pricing. Paid plans provide guaranteed support time and priority resolution of the issue and detailed explanation of the cause. Ideally for the code related help, if its a custom node, then edit /generate with AI feature will be helpful for custom code logic. You still always submit a support request for any type of technical challenge (code/no-code) or need help with anything using BuildShip.
