Do you see "Service Unavailable" on https://48jnlv.buildship.run/ ?
Can you try with VPN? Or delete and create a new project on us-central1?
I removed my workspace and created a new in belgium, and it's worked now π
Is it normal behavior when the region isn't where you live that this doesn't work?
