Email trigger not working

Hi @Gaurav Chadha So in response to your last email (it is easier for me to share further here)... "create a new workflow with only an Email Trigger and add a return and in the value return the trigger object, ship, and try it to confirm if it works for you form the logs, from there we can proceed." I created the new workflow, I shipped it, I sent a live email to it and as you can see here some ten minutes later, there is nothing in the logs. There has never been anything in the logs when I have been trying to use the email trigger. I haven't been getting any failed send messages back on my email, so it definitely must have sent. Is it supposed to be possible to test the email trigger inside Buildship, because if so, mine is missing. If you are supposed to get logs when email is sent that is definitely missing. Can the logs be checked from inside Buildship please to see what is happening. Thanks, Chris

Ok @Gaurav Chadha it still doesn't show any logs. I went into the node logic and even without making any changes it became unshipped, so I shipped it and tested again, still no logs. When I go into version history ( I get this same glitch on other workflows that work and have been shipped - it shows a sort of error message about "zr") it looks like the attached image. But when I come out of version history and go back into it, it looks fine like the second image. I don't know what it means but hopefully it helps in diagnosing the problem?

We are tracking the version history issue, also a quick question? Are you using Gmail to send a email to this trigger or something else?

I have used outlook today and previously also domain based webmail. I'll try a gmail though.

Oh, okay, I see that's the issue, as the current one doesn't support outlook or other domain based email, other than Gmail. We'll be adding a verification step in near future to support for all domain provider.

Ah ok, gmail works, maybe that needs to be in the docs though. Thanks for getting me through this though, I'm absolutely delighted to make use of this.
