Email trigger not working

So in response to your last email (it is easier for me to share further here)...
"create a new workflow with only an Email Trigger and add a return and in the value return the trigger object, ship, and try it to confirm if it works for you form the logs, from there we can proceed."
I created the new workflow, I shipped it, I sent a live email to it and as you can see here some ten minutes later, there is nothing in the logs.
There has never been anything in the logs when I have been trying to use the email trigger.
I haven't been getting any failed send messages back on my email, so it definitely must have sent.
Is it supposed to be possible to test the email trigger inside Buildship, because if so, mine is missing. If you are supposed to get logs when email is sent that is definitely missing.
Can the logs be checked from inside Buildship please to see what is happening.
