How does Priority Support work?

Hi, our team just recently upgraded to Buildship Pro and I was wondering how the Priority Support is being handled. Does this count for all workspace members or just the owner etc.?

Hi @Brian in addition to the bot's answer, you can always submit an in-app support along with your workflow attached and a jam.dev recording. Anyone in your project/workspace can submit a support request. Have sent you a followup email on your recent support request. Feel free to followup over email.
