Hi! I am getting this error when I try to activate large export in my project settings in Rowy. I feel like it might be coming from my side but I'm not sure 😅

Hi @Zorro It is an issue with the service account not being created correctly, you can try deleting the current service account and creating the service account again following this documentation - https://docs.rowy.io/how-to/create-service-account. This would hopefully solve the problem. Also, are you on PRO plan, as large export is only available on pro?

@Zorro This issue of Access Denied is due to some misconfiguration with you GCP setup configuration or with IAM while re-connecting on Rowy. Could you try doing the reset of your rowy project again with same workspace, as due to limited permission, this issue can't be fixed directly from our end.
What do you mean by reset of the project ? Like reconnecting to firebase ? Will I loose my derivative and functions ?
simply disconnect the project and connect with rowy again, unfortunatly the derivatives will be lost but if you can fix the IAM permission it should be working fine, also can you try in incognito, we have seen that it caches for some users before as well.
Unfortunately, we cannot afford to lose all our derivatives and codes, as this is for a major application that needs to be published soon, and we don't have time to redo everything at this stage. Do you have any backups or something that could help us?
Or is there a way to find and save the derivatives codes?
Maybe I just have to assign the new service account key as it was recreated? I managed to save my derivatives as they are in my Firebase collection rowy with all the settings and functions

Hi again @Gaurav Chadha ! We reconnected the project in a different workspace and we were able to re-enable Rowy services, recover our derivatives and codes but it is still impossible to activate the Large Export option, we have the same error as at the beginning with "Failed to init service account: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'get')". We have already recreated the GCP properly, disconnected and reconnected the project but nothing has changed. Is there a solution or will we never be able to activate this pro option?
