We're on the Pro plan and about to upgrade to get Priority support but we haven't experience the chat support mentioned in the pricing. How do we get access to chat support?

Hi @Julius, The Pro plan priority chat supports works via the in-app support form. Which works via email reply currently. https://docs.buildship.com/support-messages. We'll checkout your recently submitted request and will get back soon.
Oh so it's not chat support but email support.
