The IP address is dynamic for each request. To Whitelist IP (to get a static IP) you'll be required to host BuildShip on your own server. We can provide you with a custom offering via our "Bring Your Own Cloud" Plan, which will allow you to configure your Cloud Run to have Static IP manually.
