The code editor function on my nodes wont save...Ive tried three different computers, cleared cache on all of them and used incognitio. Any idea why this is happening and what is going on

Any idea on how long this wil take to fix?
platform is now not letting me copy paste node or even add new nodes. Any idea you can tell me what is going on or what the issue is? currently have my app down and my customers are canceling subscriptions

Is it for just my project? My other workflows are also not letting me edit any nodes also.
After checking all workflows 20+ they all don’t allow me to edit

Hi @Matthew it's only happening on your project, which we are taking a look. If it isn't fixed by today, we'll get you setup in a new project with credits, and initiate a refund for this.
when you mean project do you mean my workspace?
And if it does mean workspace, does that mean i would have to reconfigure all apis over my 4+ apps?

My App is now no longer working at all when calling the API. Meaning users are now using a worthless app. I have had plenty of uninstalls and deletions over the past two days. This is making my company not only lose credibility but slowly becoming worthless....Can someone just give me some sort of update on at least why this is happening @Gaurav Chadha @Harini

Here’s an update regarding your workspace/project-specific issues(copy/paste/deletion/addition of nodes): the matter has been escalated, and the team is investigating the cause. In the meantime, to help you move forward, you can create a new workspace and copy over the entire folder or the necessary workflows from your current workspace.
For the error
Cannot find the module
you can follow these steps to eliminate this error:
1. If it's a custom node/AI-generated node, you can save it to MyLibrary.
2. Delete the node on which this error is occurring, to know on which node this error is occurring, you can check the logs of the workflow.
3. Add the node again from your MyLibrary.
Then you can test and ship your workflow, and it should work fine.

While we address your workspace issue, we have applied one month of free credits to your account, so no invoice will be charged for the current and new workspaces during this one-month period when the renewal date arrives.

So now the new workspace wont even work, which has caused my app to no longer work....What is the plan here.....

Yes because i duplicated the flow.
I cant keep waiting around for 6+ days. What can we do to midigate this? Im losing too much time and money for an issue that happened 6 days ago
I could create a new workspace and not bring in the old flow via remix and rebuild from scratch to see if it replicates? If it doesn’t then that could be helpful. Would just need to deactivste current workspace and need a code to add a new one @Gaurav Chadha
Yes, we can do this for now, you can use the same code I shared earlier. You can cancel the last created one. Then try with the new workspace, just before copying any workflow from your past workspace.
Simply test by creating a sample workflow or by template if things are working as expected for you.
Alright I’ll report back on that. Hopefully it does work.

its been 8 days since this error happened, ive had to shut down 3 of my apps. ive lost substainable revenue.
I wouldnt be that mad or bothered if you didnt say 6 days ago that you had a fixed being pushed that day to fix it, or 3 days ago saying the same thing, and 1 day ago saying the same thing...
I am not starting to think that there isnt a fix.
So i need to know what steps to talk to make sure we can fix this....Since its only happeing to my account which i find odd...Im not sure what that looks like if it means I create a whole new account (not workspace but account) and you guys comp my months. or what
But if we arent able to find a solutino within today, I will have to take my business else where and thats something i dont want to do but i will have to do. Please respond with actual next steps and not that "we are working on it". This shouldnt have had to take 53 messages and over 8 days.
And now getting this error.. Table news isnt even anywehere on the flow
ive also deleted everything on the flow and added a simple groq api to it and it still saying that.
Is this the only issue you are getting now? (This one seems workflow related) Does the previous issues with copy/paste and saving in editor still there on the new workspace?

Can you actually explain what the issue is? Is it even being fixed? You say its gonna get fixed that day but never does
There is an edge case that is occurring in yor workflows due to which changes are not getting updated and corrupting the workflow.
The fix that I mentioned earlier requires more work, which we are working on.
We completely understand your frustration here, as the issues impacted your business.
Will surely update you on the final resolution for this matter tomorrow positively.

Also did you guys go into my workspace and delete all my folders where my workflows were organized? im now seeing that no folders exist and my workflows are all over the place
