Has anyone recently upgraded to v2.0, paid an overdue subscription fee and then struggled to reactivate Shipping? I may be an edge case but if anyone knows how to get this resolved I'd love to hear from you!

Hi Mike, it seems like its an issue with V1 workflows not picking up the updated payment. we're looking into, we'll keep you posted
can you try refershing the app, and clicking the ship button again
