Has the log in changed to just via Google and Github? How do I access my account registered with an email?

I think Buildship has always been only these two options, no signups with regular email option.
Hi @Christopher30 Yeah, there has been two providers to login. Are you not able to access any of your existing project?
No I'm in I just don't understand how, like I say I'm signed up on hundreds of platforms, I don't remember the method to log in to each one, least of all when they change.
So I got to this page and I'm like can't remember and these options aren't like an email with password combo that can be remembered and prompted, so I go through my 20 or so email accounts to check what my sign up credentials are for Buildship and can only find an outlook email that is getting emails from Buildship. Obviously that wasn't an option so I thought, this has got to be different and now I'm locked out. But then I click on the Google option to see what happens and low and behold it lets me in, but I don't know how, because all I have showing on my profile is the the outlook email.
