Widget for AI Assistant seems not to work

Hi, I'm trying to use the Chat GPT widget template to embed in a page. I've created a really basic assistant, I would like to use it on the CRM of my company and I'm trying to do some tests to see what I can do to suggest buildship as a possible solution. However when I try to use the widget I've got the message "paa.buildship.com says: Could not send message" In the template I put the assistant id and my api key to access open AI developer console. Is there something I'm missing? I attach even another image that I get when I run the test. Thank you for your advice Luca
