Luis - All my flows are failing so my app crash...
All my flows are failing so my app crashes. The logs have disappear so I know it was working yesterday, but I don't know when it started to fail. My app is totally crashing.
Is it happening to anyone else?
Is BuildShip working on it?
Is there an status page to understand how BuildShip is performing?
I need help, it's a big issue to have the app down

My flows are connecting to Firestore, but the issue is not there. I pinned it directly to Firestore and it works. Their status page is fine: https://status.firebase.google.com
@Luis what error message are you getting? A screenshot would be helpful
@Gaurav Chadha All the logs disappeared and I get the same error in all my flows. I didn't change the flows and they were working yesterday
I didn't changed my FlutterFlow project and when I test from there I get a 503
whats the workspace ID? We'll release a fix for failed to execute by today.
if you create a new wokflow it should work fine.
can you execute outside flutterflow? Just for checking
I created a very simple flow from scratch and it also failed while testing
I tested from Postman and I got a 429, but it doesn't make sense. Due to the crash, I'm not having traffic right now
Can you share workspace id. We’ll check and fix
I just sent it privatly
I hope you can fix it soon. Thanks
I tried a new approach to confirm that the issue is not related to the connection from BuildShip to Firestore. I created a flow from scratch to just get a random number, but it also failed.
Hi @Gaurav Chadha Any update on this issue? Our app has been down for hours and we are really worry. The weekend starts and we need it to be working asap. It's a serious reputation issue that affects us deeply.
Sent you an email with followup. Your workspace should be up now.
Thanks a lot 🙌
What was the issue?
It seems that the queue was jammed, but it is still unclear as there was almost no traffic at the time, and with the failure even less traffic (the app wasn't totally failing). They solved it after a few hours and are investigating it to give me an answer in the next few days.
Hi @Gaurav Chadha or someone at BuildShip
It looks like the CPU is full again. Could you, please, restart it, clean the cache, remove the tests still running without returning an error, or do whatever you did the last time to unblock the situation?
The issue is happening in the new workflow we created to avoid affecting the app, so this time the app keeps working, but I cannot continue working on the API Call I need
Right now, I have limited access to BuildShip. The test I was running returned no error and was running for ever, so I tried to restart the test by logging out of the platform and logging in again, and I cannot access it again from my regular browser. Check the attached screenshot.
This isn’t a cpu issue, seems your browser isn’t making the request. Could you try logging in in via incognito mode
I tried and I got the same result
At least, it works again in the other browser in which I had a session already initiated . At first it was blocked there too
What can I do to solve it my browser?
