Hey,
I am thinking about using buildship for a project but I am not sure, whether it is gdpr compliant on individual plans (Starter, Pro, etc.). Without gdpr compliance it can`t be used legally in europe, which would be a shame 😦 Does anyone have some information on that?

Hi @Dominik, The entire product follows GDPR compliance, https://trustcenter.buildship.com/ but the compliance rules are included only with the Enterprise plan. https://buildship.com/pricing

how can I be sure that plan below enterprise is really gdpr compliant (Hosting region, where is data processed, etc.)? In case I use buildship for a project that handles customer data I am responsible to proof gdpr compliance. A simple "GDPR Compliant" Image won`t be sufficient and the enterprise plan will probably be a show stopper financially

The reason it is added only under Enterprise on pricing is because of the liability, on the Enterprise plan, we will sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with you. This agreement outlines our commitment to following GDPR/HIPPA and other compliance requirements and ensures that we will take responsibility for any compliance issues that may arise.
