None of our API calls are working
Is Buildship down right now? For some reason none of our API calls are working right now nor can we see any of our logs on any of our workflows. This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve experienced this with Buildship and we have no idea why. It’s extremely frustrating because our app is live in production and our users are unable to schedule orders. And the fact that this constantly keeps happening where our backend is essentially down and we can’t see our logs is extremely concerning and makes me think that we need to explore another option for our backend. @Gaurav Chadha @Harini

I'm afraid I don't have real-time access to system statuses or outages, including that of BuildShip. To determine if BuildShip is down or experiencing issues, I recommend checking the following:
1. BuildShip Status Page: Look for a status page on BuildShip’s official website or their documentation to see if there are any reported outages or issues.
2. Social Media or Community Forums: Check BuildShip’s social media channels or community forums where they might announce outages or maintenance. 3. In-app Support: For immediate concerns, especially given the impact on your production environment, contact BuildShip support directly through their in-app support or email support channels. 4. Try Alternative Tools: If possible, verify your issue by testing the service using external services like DownDetector. Your concerns are valid, especially for a production environment, and reaching out to their support team should be your priority. Exploring alternative backend solutions could also be a proactive approach if these issues continue to impact your operations.
