NO ACCESS TO MY DATABASE

Once again, I suddenly lost access to my database. For two days I haven't been able to access my data and I'm receiving no support! And this is despite paying for the Pro plan. It's complicated.😓

This has happened 3 or 4 times already. Is there any way to prevent this from happening again? Or at least to be able to access Firebase externally?
