I am currently looking for backend and frontend developers who have strong potential to join our startup.
Before anyone messages me, I want to make this clear upfront:
The selected developer will be placed under an observation period for the first 3 months of work. During this time, payment will depend entirely on the quality and output of their work.
If their performance is exceptionally strong, we will offer a long-term position and sign a formal 3-year agreement with the developer.
