Did you click the link inside the green box? Even though it's highlighted in a big green box, I didn't notice it at first because of the light grey text, and there were other links below it which I clicked first.

hey andrew thanks for the reply , but the link was not generated in the run that i had done
OK I just installed from "rowy.io" using the "Get Started" button
This opened a Google Cloud console and showed a bunch of things there, including that green box, and everything just worked
