Buildship Payment issues!
I need help from someone in support. I've had access to buildship for a while, but no matter what I do, I can't ship anything because you guys still won't process my payment. There's no issues with Stripe or my bank, I checked many times. I need someone to simply go in and CHARGE my account so I can start shipping. I'm already on the Pro plan, but haven't been charged no matter how many times I try to update or whatever. Please help ASAP.:4687pepeangrycry:

The charges (payments) are automatically processed by the system when payment fails.
For your project - You started a subscription at 22:56 UTC on June 25, 2024, but the payment was not completed because your bank didn't process the payment in time. As a result, the subscription expired because the first payment wasn't completed before 21:56 UTC on June 26, 2024, within 24 hours, which cannot be renewed.
We apologize for the unpleasant experience with the payments process. We are looking into this to improve and fix this process on priority.
In the meantime, please create a new project, which should work with the new subscription.
Also, we received only one email and support request from you yesterday regarding your query, and no emails or support requests were received before that.
