Need help in pre-built webflow nodes
Hey Team,
@Bhavya , as directed by @Gaurav Chadha, I’m reaching out to you regarding an issue with the pre-built webflow nodes (Create/Update/Delete Live item nodes).
They are currently not functioning and displaying the error
getToken was called but this node does not require any integration/token
.
Please look into the "Test Buildium Webhook II" workflow and the Prop Updated
conditional step. We have many workflows relying on these nodes, so your assistance would be greatly appreciated!4 Replies

AI Response
To address the issue you're encountering with the error message
getToken was called but this node does not require any integration/token
, and particularly with your workflow "Test Buildium Webhook II" and the Prop Updated
conditional step, it seems there might be a misconfiguration related to how authentication or token usage is being handled within the node setup.
Here are a few general steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Check Node Configuration: Ensure that the specific node in question is configured correctly. Verify if it requires any form of authentication or token, and whether that has been set correctly. Since the error suggests that a token is being called when not required, check that the node's integration settings are correctly defined.
2. Update Node Logic: Double-check any recent changes applied to the node or the workflow that might have triggered this error.
3. Review Documentation: You can refer to the specific documentation related to the node or seek guidance on handling node failure and update output schema if necessary. Here is the general link to BuildShip documentation that might be helpful: BuildShip Documentation.
4. Community Support: If the problem persists, checking with the BuildShip community or sending a detailed support request through the "Support" button on your BuildShip Dashboard might provide further insights.
5. Consultation: If you need tailored support, you might consider hiring a BuildShip expert who can provide direct assistance with this issue.
Unfortunately, the files did not contain specific information regarding your error, so these are general solutions. If this does not address your problem, please contact BuildShip support directly for further help.
