Hey everyone 👋
I’m Alessandra, I’m 22, and I'm currently building OnlyFounders, an app designed to help early-stage founders find the right CoFounder and build strong, complementary teams from day one.
The idea for OnlyFounders came from my own experience and from watching so many others around me struggle. Finding the right person to build something meaningful with is hard. Beyond skills and experience, it’s about values, mindset, and long-term compatibility. And yet, it often comes down to random chance or loose introductions.
What really pushed me to build this was learning that 65% of startups fail due to conflicts among CoFounders. Not because the idea was bad or the product didn’t work, but because the people building it weren’t aligned.
That stat stuck with me. I thought: “There has to be a better way to help founders meet and build from a place of clarity, not chaos.”
So we launched OnlyFounders on January 1st, 2025, and in just a few months, we’ve seen 3,000+ founders join and over 10,000 matches happen, many of which have turned into real teams. It’s still early, but the energy has been incredible.
I’m here to learn, connect, and support other builders. Always up for exchanging ideas, feedback, or just hearing what others are working on. Looking forward to meeting more of you here!
