email trigger not working at all

unfortunately, the email trigger is not working at all .. nothing shows up in the logs .. the workflow is working when triggered by e.g. a rest-trigger ..
I tried sending the email from various accounts .. nothing

Hi @aruana, We checked the trigger is working fine and showing logs, sometime the emails do end up in spam folder, can you click refresh on terminal to check logs again?
Hello. @Gaurav Chadha , the email trigger is not working for me as well. I've created two different workflows, and sent emails from gmail and hotmail, but nothing happened. (no logs.)
