For github you can just create an email address just for github--google group in our case since we use gsuite--and then have it so that it receives notifications for all activity

Twitter they have a native integration for. Regarding discord, I built a discord bot that sends a message to a cloud function that then uses this endpoint https://dev.frontapp.com/docs/creating-a-custom-channel

We've set up some workflows that have dramatically increased our ability to do customer support. tldr; use Front app! anyways if you think it would be helpful I can write something up and share some looms of how it works. when we were in the middle of our beta launch we were getting 300+ requests a day across discord Twitter GitHub
